The next job is to paint the cockpit parts and assembling it ready for insertion into the fuselage.
The cockpit parts were primed with white paint and then sprayed with Lifecolor FS36320 Dark Ghost Grey.
The parts were given a light black wash and then dry brushed.
I decided to use the Eduard cockpit set. The first layer was applied to the instrument panels using PVA glue.
The other photo-etch layers were also attached with PVA as were the side consoles.
Details were picked out in the cockpit with black paint.
The instrument panels were attached along with the control sticks and pedals.
The resin side walls were attached. They didn't fit as well with the side consoles fitted so needed some aggresive sanding was needed to get the tub to fit.
Next will be builing the lower wing and installing the cockpit.
